Do you charge per session?
The only service I charge per session is the custom advising session. The rest are a package. For example: The pre-nursing student package is a TOTAL of $25 for 2 separate sessions.
When do I pay for my package?
For the custom advising session, you will pay online at the time of booking.
After you send a request to book, I will e-mail you a link to my Paypal so you can pay for your package. Once I receive the payment, I will approve your appointment and you will get an e-mail confirmation.
Why was my booking not approved yet?
Due to the variability in my schedule every week, I want to make sure I can work at the set appointment time you request. If for some reason I can't, I will decline your request and e-mail you directly so we can figure out a date/time.
I was only able to schedule one session on the calendar. How do I schedule the rest?
You will only schedule your first session at the time of booking. The remaining sessions will be scheduled when we are on the call.
I don't live in the US. Can I still do sessions with you?
At this time, I am only offering these sessions to people who live in the United States due to time zone differences!
How will each session be conducted?
Each session will be conducted on Zoom. At the time of booking, a zoom link will be created. I will send you that link so you can get on the zoom call.
What if I only want one session? Can I only purchase one session?
The only individual session offered is the custom advising session. The rest are packages with either 2 or 3 sessions as part of the package. At this time, they are only offered as a package. You can't purchase one session individually from a package.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session! If for any reason something comes up, please e-mail to notify me if you won't be able to attend.
What is the no show policy?
lf you don't show up to your appointment after 10 minutes, the session will be cancelled. You will not receive a refund for no shows. You may reschedule your appointment but please be respectful of my time if we have set an appointment. I am flexible about rescheduling if you just e-mail me before.
Do you offer refunds?
If you choose not to move forward with your purchase for a package, you have 7 days to email for a refund request.
I only want one cheat sheet. How can I purchase just one sheet?
At this time, I am not selling each sheet individually. You can purchase the complete cheat sheet guide or one of the mini bundles.
Can I get a refund on cheat sheets?
Due to the nature of the purchase (i.e. you receive the product immediately after purchase and can easily print/make copies of the product), I am not providing refunds at this time. If you accidentally purchase the wrong set of cheat sheets, please e-mail me.
